Inclusafe Technologies respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, company, email, phone number, the service you need, and your message.
• Free review form: your name, email, company, phone number, website address, the service you're interested in, and your message.
• Vulnerability report form: your name or handle, email, optional profile link, and the details of your report.

What we don't collect

• We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
• We don't load third-party analytics, fonts or scripts on this website.
• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use your information

We use it only to reply to your request, to investigate security reports, and, if you agree, to credit you in our Hall of Fame. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, on our behalf.

Hall of Fame

We publish your name and profile link only if you choose to be listed, and only after the issue is fixed. You can ask us to remove your entry at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hariharasatish@inclusafetech.com.

Client data from security testing

Information we access during authorised security or accessibility testing is covered by our contract and NDA with each client. It's stored encrypted, used only for the engagement and securely deleted afterwards.
